Instagram Story views and Reel views are not the same order
Story and Reel view packages use different targets. A Reel is a persistent public post. A Story is temporary, so it must stay active and reachable long enough for delivery.

Use a Reel package for a public Reel
A Reel view order needs the exact public Reel URL. It fits launches, demos, short-form clips, and content that remains on the profile after the order.
Use a Story package while the Story is active
Stories expire. Start with enough time left for the order to process, and keep the profile public. An expired Story cannot receive new delivery.
- Confirm the Story is still active.
- Use the Story-specific target required at checkout.
- Do not switch the profile to private during delivery.
Do not substitute one link for the other
A profile link, Reel URL, and Story target are not interchangeable. The package and target must match. The focused order pages remove unrelated view services so the choice is easier to check.
Pick the package that matches the campaign
Use Story views for time-sensitive announcements. Use Reel views for a longer-lived post. Neither option guarantees reach, watch time, sales, or future ranking.
